Guage: 1 fpsc and 3 sc = 1 1/4"; 4 rows = 1".

NOTE 1: For width, multiply how many inches wide you want the afghan by 4, add 4 more....this is your beg chain.

NOTE 2: Pattern = 4 sts.

Ch Multiple of 4 + 4 sts

Row 1: Sc in 2nd ch from hook and each ch across, turn.

Row 2: Ch 1, sc in each st across, turn.

Row 3: Ch 1, *sc in 3 sts, fpsc in sc in row before last, repeat from * across, sc in last 3 sts turn.

Row 4: Repeat row 2.

Row 5: Ch 1, *sc in 3 sts, fpsc in fpsc in row before last, repeat from * across, sc in last 3 sts, turn.

Repeat rows 4 and 5 until afg is as long as you want it.
